September 2009 - August 2010o Developed the long-term strategy for PG&E's renewable utility-ownership program, helping PG&E meet the 33% renewable portfolio standard by 2020. This included the projected total generation and technology mix, the overall financial impact, and the associated internal resource requirements. o Led a team responsible for obtaining Board of Directors and Executive Project Committee approval for the first phase--50 MW at a cost of $300M--of the largest utility-owned solar photovoltaic program in the United States consisting of 250 MW of capacity at a cost of $1.45B. o Implemented and led the Program Management Office, which was responsible for all planning, monitoring, and reporting of PG&E's utility-owned renewable generation projects.
